“Three times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord your God in the place which He chooses: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, at the Feast of Weeks, and at the Feast of Tabernacles; and they shall not appear before the Lord empty-handed.” – Deuteronomy 16:16

Rosh Hashanah is the “head of the year”. It is one of the seven feast days; a special Holy Day that is celebrated all over the world by Jews and Christians. It is one of the three feast days celebrated in the fall – Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Feast of Tabernacles.

It’s very important that you discern the time that you are in. We celebrate the new year in January based on the Gregorian calendar which follows the solar schedule, but God’s calendar is lunar; based on the moon. In Genesis 1:14, the Bible tells us that God put the lights in the moon and the stars in the heavens for you to discern the seasons.

God told us to be aware of the time in these seasons! It is said that there is a lot of heavenly activity that goes on during these fall feast days. Many world events that have taken place during these feast days have already changed the course of history!

Now, are you ready to change YOUR history?

You and I are about to enter Rosh Hashanah, which is one of the most celebrated times of the three fall feasts. Yom Kippur happens right after Rosh Hashanah (10 days after) and is the time for us to examine ourselves in order to change and turn direction. Last is the Feast of Tabernacles, which is a time of God dwelling with man, with us, in a more intimate way.

What do these feasts mean for you?

Rosh Hashanah is the time Adam was created. It means that it’s time for you to step into your new you, your elevated self!

God is directing you into introspection to look within yourself and examine past failures and sins to be a better person. The Bible in Deuteronomy 16:16 reminds us that we should not go before the Lord empty-handed.
